I loved the area and close proximity to everything. The staff were fantastic!! Not the usual German coldness we ahave received in the past 20 years i have been attending the Fair. Well done to the staff for making it a very memorable stay.

Provided 2 pillows and the beds were soft. 5 minute taxi ride from train station. Friendly staff and breakfast was included: it was a good variety though I wishes they had scrambled eggs, only hard boiled.

Hotels in this category often become generic in terms of overall experience, therefore the staff becomes the most important differentiator, and in this case the staff was outstanding: welcoming, always ready to help, simply warm in the way the guests are treated. It was a pleasure to interact with all the members of the hotel's team.

Good breakfast (better than expected for the price we paid) + comfortable to park and not expensive (18 Euros per day) + good wifi (had 2 online meetings with no problem) + hotel bar is open until late so you can have drinks + there is a vending machine for snacks + staff was kind and caring except for the unpleasant experience I had the last day during check out.

The breakfast buffet was good and the staff was very helpful. The lounge and restaurant area was nice. Beds are very comfortable (except the extra sofa).

The location is perfect, right above a station. You can take a train directly to wherever you want.

Mr Reza, Pilar, Nikita, Garzan were extremely kind, professional and helped us with all we needed, specially check in early. Pilar and Nikita helped us order food and were very efficient. They all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. As a bonus, we were able to see fireworks over the Rein from our window.
